The Flagship Four

Your Cause + Our Crew

At Mount Washington Cruises, we believe the heart of our company is our crew. They are the faces you see on the gangway, the hands that steer the ship, and the neighbors who live and work here in the Lakes Region.

That's why we created the Flagship Four—an initiative that puts the power of giving directly into the hands of our people.

How It Works

Each member of our crew is invited to participate in the Flagship Four. We ask them one simple question: Which local cause matters most to you?

From a list of non-profit organizations who have applied, each crew member personally selects one to receive a "Flagship Four" donation: four cruise tickets to be used for the organization’s fundraising auctions, raffles, or volunteer appreciation efforts.

From local animal shelters and youth sports teams to historical societies and food pantries, the Flagship Four ensures that our support reaches every corner of the community. It is our way of ensuring that the "Smile of the Great Spirit" shines on the organizations that keep the Lakes Region strong.

The Power of the Fleet

While a single donation is a small gesture, the collective impact of our crew is a powerful force for good. By empowering our team to support the causes they are passionate about, we can provide a wave of support across the state.

"I chose my local Youth Hockey Association for my donation. My kids grew up on the ice, and I know how much work goes into keeping those programs affordable for local families." — Member of the Deck Crew

Are you a local non-profit?

While the Flagship Four is an employee-led initiative, we accept donation requests and connect our crew to the amazing work being done in our backyard. If you are a 501(c)(3) organization in the Lakes Region and would like to be considered for a future crew selection, please reach out to us below.
